All commission communication must go through my Discord server or designated commission channels.

This keeps everything organized and ensures your commission is handled properly.

50% payment is required upfront before work begins.

The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are delivered.

No work will begin without initial payment.

Final assets will be delivered in appropriate formats (Zipped Folder that contains fbx and textures).

Assets are intended for VRChat/Roblox use ONLY unless otherwise discussed.

Minor revisions are allowed during the work process.

Major changes may require additional fees.

Excessive revisions will be declined or charged.

Turnaround time depends on my current workload.

I am a full-time student first, and I do this second.

Once we discuss deadline and commission details, I’ll give you a proper ETA.

If you become unresponsive for 7+ days, your commission may be paused or canceled.

No refunds will be issued for abandoned commissions.

If you cancel, you will receive only a 50% refund.

If I choose to decline a commission for any reason and you’ve already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Assets are made specifically for you. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing my work will result in a permanent ban and immediate revocation of your license with no refund.

Assets can be used commercially on finished full avatars only.

You may not resell assets individually or claim them as your own. Proper credit is required.

Commissioned assets will be released to the public at a lower price 2–3 weeks after delivery.

If you need a different release schedule, we can discuss it beforehand.

I do NOT do private commissions.

Make sure you know exactly what you want!

Once an asset is close to completion, major changes will not be made. No changes will be made after delivery.

I reserve the right to make artistic decisions that best fit the overall design unless specific instructions are provided.
