Communication

I do NOT answer DMs.

All commission communication must go through my Discord server or designated commission channels.

This keeps everything organized and ensures your commission is handled properly.

Reselling

Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Assets are made specifically for you. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing my work will result in a permanent ban and immediate revocation of your license with no refund.

Public Release Notice

Commissioned assets will be released to the public at a lower price 2–3 weeks after delivery.

If you need a different release schedule, we can discuss it beforehand.

Finalization Policy

Make sure you know exactly what you want!

Once an asset is close to completion, major changes will not be made. No changes will be made after delivery.

Commercial Use

Assets can be used commercially on finished full avatars only.

You may not resell assets individually or claim them as your own. Proper credit is required.

Wait Times

Turnaround time depends on my current workload.

I am a full-time student first, and I do this second.

Once we discuss your avatar's release date and commission details, I’ll give you a proper ETA.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel, you will receive only a 50% refund.

If I choose to decline a commission for any reason and you’ve already paid, you will receive a full refund.
